A 50% deposit is required before any work will be done unless prior arrangements have been make. Everything must be paid n full upon completion of work. items left over 90 days are subject to be sold for the cleaning costs and materials. Bleaching can cause teeth to crack or become brittle, all efforts will be made to prevent damage, however we are not responsible for damage from bleaching or beetles, if it occurs. All cleanings are done at the risk and expense of the owner. Some stains may remain after the cleaning and bleaching. Not responsible for fire or theft either.
